MyDoorConnect provides a subscription-based platform that allows homeowners associations (HOAs), condominium communities, and similar organizations to create and manage community websites, share documents, and communicate with residents.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

💳 3. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Recurring Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice
  • Any pricing changes will apply at the next billing cycle

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the charge
  • We may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is received

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of that period

👉 We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law

    • Unused services

  • Loss of data or revenue
  • Issues resulting from user content or misuse
